Players Around The World and throughout the United States Attend Explosive Hitting Camps
Six Hour Drive and Will Do It Again!
Nate Stahl 95mph Exit Velocity Record
Chang Chih Yeh 95mph Record
We drove six hours one way for both the Explosive Hitting and the Texas Baseball Ranch and WILL do it again. The instruction is outstanding – in language that is easy to understand.
Everything is backed with video in the camp and in comparison to MLB players. Best of all – you leave with a personalized plan to take home and continue to work and grow! If you are wondering if it is worth the investment my answer is ABSOLUTELY, 100%.
Thank you Mike Ryan and your staff – we will see you again!
Specializing in Exit Velocity and Ball Flight - 2 Things that matter most!
Next 2 Camps (October 27th-29th) or (December 28-29) Both Camps include 4 Segments - 3 Hours Each Segment
Why do people around the world come to Fastball USA?
THE 2 THINGS THAT BRING PEOPLE AROUND
THE WORLD TO OUR CAMPS:
* LACK OF POWER * LACK OF GOOD BALL FLIGHT
# 1 Hitting the Ball Harder!Even when you're making outs scouts want to see players who can drive the baseball. To standout you need to hit harder than you do today.
# 2 Ground Balls(Poor Ball Flight) are Killing Hitters. If you're getting advice like swing down on the ball or swing level this might be terrible guidance. The bottom line is hitting weak ground balls make you look very, very average.
Can you hit harder than you do today? That is a no brainer. Yes you can. Can you drive more balls into the outfield with better ball flight? Yes You can.
STOP HITTING SO MANY GROUND BALLS AND WEAK POP UP'S TO THE OPPO SIDE.
Players Have Traveled from all over the world - Taiwan, Australia,Canada, and The Netherlands
Players Travel From All Over The World Including Taiwan
Hitting The Ball Harder With Improved Launch Angle is key to standing out.
The World has recognized Mike Ryan's Explosive Hitting System.
Players from all over the world are attending the Explosive Hitting Boot Camp. Players from as far away as Taiwan, Australia, The Netherlands, and Canada.
Plus players from all over the United States as far away as California, Florida, Texas and New York.
Specializing in Creating 100mph Hitters
Now 15 Players Have Become 100MPH Athletes, and over 100 of our players have reached and surpassed the 90mph mark.
The average exit velocity of a Home Run in MLB is 102.3MPH. The average exit velocity is right at 90mph.
Are you chasing Hits? This could be the biggest mistake hitters make in a game.
The reality is you can't control if you get hits. You can control your ability to hit the ball hard or have good ball flight. Our mission is clear. Help our students hit the ball harder with better ball flight and do it more often. We celebrate hard hit balls even when they don't become hits. We don't celebrate weak hit balls.
If you crush a ball and you're out you can't control that result. Certainly you will get hit some time when you don't hit a ball hard. This confusion of goal often leads hitters down the wrong path.
Scouts are looking for players who can hit the ball hard and do it often. The harder you hit it, and the more you do it (Consistency), the more attractive you will be to college coaches and professional scouts.
Exit Velocity Can Greatly Impact the Type of Hit
Don't care about exit velocity? This is a huge mistake.
Exit Velocity greatly impacts the chances of getting a hit
and also the type of hit.
Take a Look -
Average Exit Velocity On Types of Hits
3B - 98mph
2B - 97mph
1B - 91mph
Our camps will show you key ingredients to getting
you to hit the ball harder when it counts - IN THE GAME!
147 Students Have Gone Over 90mph and another 15 have gone over 100mph
14 Players Have Passed 100mph
Training Hitters To Simplify Hitting With Good Flight or Improved Launch Angles
Our Mission - Hit it hard, With Good Ball Flight!
Not only does Exit Velocity impact your chances of getting a hit
and the TYPE of hit - So Does the Launch Angle. (Ball Flight)
The Reality is the majority of hits in MLB have a launch angle
between 10 and 30 degrees. Most extra base hits happen between
20 and 30 degrees.
FLIGHT MATTERS! It impacts your chances of getting a hit and the type of hit.
Example: Launch Angle By Hit Type
Hit Typle Launch Angle
Average Home Run - 28 Degrees
Average Triple - 20 Degrees
Average Double - 17 Degrees
Average Single - 7 Degees
The Good News is the Explosive Hitting System
gives players a practical and very simple way to
practice, train and track ball flight.
Each hit is categorized into our Zone system.
Zone 1 and 2 Represents where most hits happen.
Do The Math: Common Sense Hitting

13 Year Old Enters 90MPH Club After Attending Our Weekend Boot Camp
Hitting 92mph at Age 13!
I just wanted to thank you. My 13 year old son Payton just set his personal high on his ball exit speed last night of 92 mph with a wood bat! We attended your ultimate baseball bootcamp last February where he had a ball exit speed of 84 with his metal bat.
On the way home Payton set a goal of being a 90 mph athlete within a year. He has worked very hard to reach this goal. I truly feel that he would not have been able to accomplish this goal without the tools he learned at your camp.
Thank you for what you have done for my son and all the other kids you help reach their goals.
The 9+ hr. drive from Kansas was well worth our time.
The System is Personalized To Each Player
This camp will arm you with the information and training needed
when you return home. When the camp ends the training begins.
The Camp is broken into 4 Sessions -
1. Evaluation and Training Mindset
2. Swing Efficiency Part 1 (Video Analysis)
3. Swing Efficiency 2/Speed/Power
4. Timing/Power/Game Performance (Putting it all together)
At the end of the camp you will have a systematic Routine
To Follow that does not involve fancy gadets. Simplistic ways to improve.
We will also help each player with a training plan personalized to them.
Giving you plenty of tools and information to run with when the camp
Day 1 Begins With Evaluations
We have created a system to evaluate players efficiency, power output,
Ball flight, Bat Speed, Ball Exit Velocity, and personal tendencies.
Our goal by the end of the first session is for every player to know exactly
where they are RIGHT NOW, Which helps determine what needs to be
Session 2 In Depth Video Analysis of Swing Efficiency
We have created a 7 Check Point System and efficiency rating. You will see clearly how your swing compares to major league hitters
and what and how you can improve.
We will show you why so many hitters create bad ball flight and drills and exercises
to improve ball flight almost instantly.
Session 3 - The System
We will show you the "system" that we use to improve swing efficiency,
bat speed, ball exit velocity. The system has been tested for the past 15
years. We will also show you how you can personalize the system to meet
your personal needs.
Session 4 - Timing & Mindset Game Time Performance
None of this matters unless you can be "On-Time". The right place at the right time.
We will cover our 4 Rules of Timing and exactly HOW you can easily implement
our training to simplify your approach to hitting.
We will give you a system to follow and show you how to personalize
the system to meet your individual strenths and areas of weakness.
Swing Efficiency (A Systematic routine to improve swing efficiency)
Timing/Game Performance (The Emphasis is on game results)
Mindset as it relates to Training (Mindset impacts swing technique)
Mindset as it relates to Game Performance (Personalizing a plan of attack)
Objective Measurement - How You Can Measure/Track/Record Your Training
Self-Adjust/Self Coaching - Routines and simplified ways to adjust quickly
Explosiveness - How to develop a motor that is quick and powerful
Visual/Imitatation - How to use visual imitation to improve your game performance
Variation/Chaos - The game is anything but predictable. You have to practice under a "Chaos" environment. Get game ready by making practice more difficult.
Building Rock Solid Swing Efficiency With Simplistic Concepts
We will Teach You How to Build
a rock solid routine using -
7 Routines To Explosive Hitting
Routine 1 - Band Series
Elastic Tubing (4 Ways To Improve Swing Efficiency)
Round 2 - Connection Ball Series
Our Daily Warm Up routine uses 3 ways to use
the connection ball to avoid rolling over at contact.
Round 3 - Bat Series (Dry Cut)
3 Exercises we use each day that combines the
bat and connection ball usage.
Round 4 - Lead Up Hitting Series
Using the concepts of Reverse Swing Training (RST)
we will show you the exact routine our players use
the build great swing habits.
The RST swing series features 5 different movements.
Round 5: Energy Series -
Emphasizing weight transfer, momentum, bat head momentum,
rotation, and utilizing the right energy system.
The energy system is our core work that get's hitters using the body
correctly for proper sequencing, timing, and improved ball exit velocity
and bat speed.
Round 6 Cornerstones Of Timing -
What creates or disrupts good timing is actually pretty simple
to most. The problem is most don't have "routines" to create
improved timing awareness.
Our routines challenge the obvious -
Did you start on time?
Did you arrive on time?
Are you consistently getting your hands to the right place at the right time?
Adjust tempo, when needed on off-speed pitches.
Round 7: Getting Game Ready Routines -
Game ready routines means what are you doing
in order to better prepare yourself for game conditions.
We have identified that most hitters in Batting Practice
don't make a decision at all. In games, they are asked
to make a decision.
The confusion is people think they have 2 choices.
To swing or not to swing.
That's not how elite hitters hit.
We will take you through our 50/50 drill and
coach each hitter up on game time mindset.
Great hitters have great daily systematic routines.
We will show you our 7 areas of routine and exactly how
you can implement these concepts.
No need for high tech equipment.
This camp specializes in hitting power development

What are they saying about the Explosive Hitting System?
Will Maune 89mph
Thank you for having us! We will return again soon, I'm sure.
Will has made tremendous progress with your program.
In November 2015, his top bat speed was 67 mph. Thirteen months later, it is 89 mph with a bat that is 2 inches longer and 2 ounces heavier.
More importantly, Will understands the importance of improving his bat speed and pushes himself further.
It was great to see you again.
Dom Demicco goes from 72mph to 97mph
I did not know what to call this but I think "Getting Results" is appropriate where my son Dominic is concerned. Dommo has a mathematics and science background so the marriage between our family and Fastball USA could not be have worked out better.
His bat speed was 73 MPH and his exit speed was 72 MPH. His bat speed is now 97 MPH which matches his exit speed!
Mike - he likes the no nonsense personality of you and coach Steve.
In this world of establishments patronizing their clientele and sugar coating things where their kids are concerned, Fastball USA takes the exact opposite approach.
While this might not be for every family seeking a baseball academy, the families that frequent Fastball USA will have the best chance of their son or daughter playing at the next level no matter what that level is.
The DeMicco's will be there until you kick us out!
Thanks for all the hard work with my son.
Even Travel Organizations and Academy's around the country set up Explosive Hitting Camps
A huge thank you to Mike Ryan and Fastball USA for a great day of hitting instruction for the U13 Waukesha Blazers Silverbacks - Greg Simons
By Far.....The Best Hitting System!
I can honestly say that the Explosive Hitting System is by far the best hitting system I have ever come across.
I have been coaching for 13 years and like any good coach you want to find the best possible methods to train your athletes.
Every year I evaluate what I am doing and scour every source I can to read, listen, watch and attend clinics so that I can consume as much information as I can. In doing so I came across coach Ryan through coach Wolforth and it has been the best thing for my coaching and my sons exponential increase in skill set. Every penny, hour, minute, second I have spent learning their methods and philosophies has been worth its weight in platinum.
The association with them has not only greatly benefited my sons abilities, they have greatly benefited my development as a coach and a father. The wisdom coach Ryan has shared with me expands past the movement patterns and philosophies of baseball into personal dealings with my son, an athlete being coached by his father. I honestly cant say enough about coach Ryan and what he has done for the Development of my sons hitting or my coaching and dealings with my son.
This is Devin, he just turned 12 and prior to obtaining the Explosive Hitting DVD series and then attending a hitting boot camp my son was an average to below average hitter with very little power and zero confidence at the plate. He was hitting a little under 350 and very inconsistent. After getting the DVD's and then attending the bootcamp it is like an alien has snatched up my son and replaced him with a different kid.
Devin is now a confident hitter with a highest recorded ball exit speed of 77 mph and the ball jumps off his bat like I have never seen before. He is now playing for a new team which is at the major/premier level in USSSA & Nations leagues which is the highest level there is in youth baseball. So far they have had 5 exhibition games and at this point Devin is leading the team in average (.583), OBP (.706), OPS (1.706), XBH (5), 2nd in slugging (1.000) and hit his 1st home run ever.
Thanks coach Ryan the proof is definitely in the pudding my man!
Explosive Hitting Holiday Boot Camp 2017
Traveled from Minnesota and Learned a more Explosive Movement Pattern
I wanted to send you a quick note regarding your explosive hitting camp my son Ben recently attended. Ben really absorbed a lot of the information and was able to translate much of it. He really like how the concepts presented were simple and customized to the individual player. He has taken a couple of his favorite drills, the Samurai and Crossovers, and has developed much more explosive movement patterns in his swing by doing these regularly as part of his routine.
Thanks again and we’ll keep you posted on how his high school season goes.
Coach Ryan works with a student during the Explosive Hitting Camp
Recommended By The Texas Baseball Ranch and NOT Disappointed
Thanks for a great weekend.
We expected a lot based on what we got from the Texas Baseball Ranch
and we weren't disappointed.
Lucs' swing slowly morphed into a more dynamic and athletic swing. The drills we are working on and blending have already helped. The fact that he was paired up with your Jack since they were swinging lefty didn't hurt, I'm sure.
At our first team practice after camp Luc launched a ball to the bottom of the wall exactly 200 feet into a cold stiff wind. He's playing up 2 years and nobody else has even come close to hitting it out. He wanted to hit more after practice and was visibly upset when I told him no because it was 8:30 and his mom had dinner waiting for him and he had homework to do (including his drills). At another park today he probably hit a few well over 220 feet with no wind.
Thanks again. Hope to see you in CO one day.

12 YEAR OLD HITS 12 HOME RUNS AND IMPROVES BALL EXIT SPEED READINGS FROM 56MPH TO 79MPH
Neil was 11 yrs. old when he first visited Fastball for an analysis with Coach Ryan. After only one video analysis, coach suggested Neil make a minor adjustment to his arm movement.
That minor adjustment resulted in immediate increased pitching velocity. With increased velocity and a new found confidence, Neil had an explosive 2010 season in which he pitched the championship game of the 11U CABA World Series finishing just south of a tight 3 - 2 game against the Ohio Glaciers.
Neil has been with Fastball now for over a year and has seen his exit speed increase from 56 mph to his personal best of 79 mph. This exit speed increase was immediately visible in his perfomance this past season. Neil lead his team with 12 homeruns including 2 grand slams at very crucial times during two of the biggest tournament games of the year.
His stick helped to propel the team to the AABC Pee Wee Reese World Series in Toa Baja, Puerto Rico where he also hit a 3 run homer against the top ranked 12U pitcher in Puerto Rico. Fastball has increased his bat exit speed and taught him how to protect his arm health and for that we have been extremely pleased. However, what we are most encouraged about is Fastball's attention to developing the whole child on and off the field.
Neil has been mentored by his coaches and by older Fastball members like TJ, who unselfishly give their time when he tries to compete against them past 9:00 pm. They advise him about what he might expect in high school and they push him beyond his conceived limits. Fastball trains Neil to be a stronger and more healthy athlete physically but also mentally.
Being a part of Fastball and being around others, who are as passionate about baseball as he is, has brought about an even deeper commitment than he previously held and has been a major catalyst for his personal passion toward the game and for his own personal success in life.
