We Train With Extreme Purpose.
Every Rep counts. It is a specific mission, and a specific purpose.

Everyone practices. Practice does NOT make you special. How you practice is what makes you special. We choose to practice deliberate. Very specific purpose to each and every rep. YOUR TRAINING NEEDS TO BE A SEPARATOR.


Our training includes constant measurement.
Warm Ups, Workouts, Hitting Performance, Throwing Performance, Strength, Quickness.

Objective Measurement during training provides instant and immediate feedback on performance.

Anything worth practicing, is worth measuring.

Measurement & Recording Performance creates accountability as well as reinforcing practicing with purpose.

People often work on "Mechanics" and become "Mechanical or Robotic". At Fastball USA our goal is to draw out the natural athletic ability in each athlete and let it shine when they swing or throw a baseball.

Technique to us is when the body and arm, or body and bat are working connected together in a flow.

What do you get with The Black Belt Training Program?
Two Hours
Emphasizing building a stronger and healthier arm.  We focus on the trifecta of throwing a baseball.
Arm Health, Throwing Velocity, and throwing accuracy.
Black Belt also emphasizes building a bigger motor.  Baseball Specific strength/speed/power training.

We train the energy system needed for baseball along with lateral and rotational movements needed for baseball.   Quick twitch, high energy, explosiveness.

Typical Training Day Includes 
Dynamic Warm up  -  Explosive Warm Up -  Power Circuit  -   Pre Throwing Arm Care
Throwing Segment (Mechanics, drills, and specific daily themes for throwing)

Post Throwing Arm Care

Good Sound throwing or pitching mechanics emphasized through Video Analysis, Drill Work, Visual reinforcements, Measurements of accuracy, velocity, and emphasis on arm health and arm care training.

What do I get with the Explosive Hitting Program?

1 hour and 15 minutes 

Includes hitting power training of bat speed, exit velocity, measurements, mechanics, movements, timing, and mindset.  Drill work, measurements, objective feedback, video analysis are also included.

How often should I attend? Should I attend both classes?
Both classes are held each day training is available. This means you can attend 2 classes per day.
Ideally a player will attend 2x per week over the duration of the package. Some will attend 3x or even 4x per week. The price is a flat rate.   The price is the same no matter how often you attend.
Most attend both classes each day they are in the facility.  It is not mandatory. Some players will only participate in Black Belt.   Attending both classes are 1 class is the same.
