MIKE
GIOVENCO

Drafted by the KC Royals

“Fastball USA  Prepared Me For Pro Ball”
Just wanted to let you know that we do nearly all the same arm care here with KC as we did at Fastball USA.
We do numerous variations of all of the arm care on an everyday basis, and also we do A LOT of the flexibility and pre-workout warmups that we did at fastball. Fastball USA certainly prepared me for pro ball. Currently I have over 100 innings on my arm this year, and I have to thank you for teaching me the importance of arm care.

In the past, my arm would usually be in pain around this time of year, and I would be experiencing “dead arm”. But currently my velocity is still sitting in the 90-93 range and topping around 95mph.

Once again, I just wanted to thank you for everything, and please continue to stress the importance of arm care, flexibility, and good old fashioned hard work to the rest of the guys.

SIMEON
LUCAS

Drafted by the Cleveland Indians

Drafted in the 7th Round of the 2015 Draft out of Grant High School in Fox Lake, IL.

Simeon Started training at age 14 At Fastball USA!

“Mike’s hitting program assisted me in moving my body efficiently to maximize power output potential. It also assisted me in creating the best-case scenario for in-game power potential and maintaining maximum contact efficiency through the zone.

“I also cannot stress how important Mike’s weighed ball program is.Incorporating that into a consistent routine every day not only helped me to be ready for day one of Spring Training, but it also allowed me to say ahead of the long season, keeping my arm in performance shape all he way till he last day.”

ETHAN
ROUTZAHN

Signed with the San Diego Padres
“I first started training at Fastball USA as a 7th grader in 2010.  At that point I had dreams to be successful in high school, play high level college baseball and to eventually play professional baseball. With the help of Coach Mike and Coach Steve and all of the people I have come across over the years at Fastball USA, I can now say in 2021 that I was able to complete all of those things.

Coming into Fastball USA as a 7th grader and continuing until now was the single best thing I could have done for my career.  I learned early what it meant to have an elite work ethic and how a baseball player needs to train. Now, over a decade after I first started, I’m beginning my time as a professional baseball player using a ton of the knowledge I have gained from being a student at Fastball USA.

I recommend Fastball USA to anyone that has a burning desire to both learn and work hard daily.  The foundation that I built by beginning at Fastball USA as a 7th grader set me up for the rest  of my baseball career.

I can’t thank Mike Ryan enough for what he’ done for me throughout my time playing baseball.  I hope many other young athletes can realize their dreams through training at Fastball USA just as I have. “
